Warranty service only will be offered to all non-direct sales. Defective products may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of their shipment. Non-defective products may be returned for refund within 21 days of their shipment and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any non-defective product which is not in new and sellable condition will be ineligible for a refund. Shipping and handling is NOT refundable. Warranty Service: If you return your product to Spyder Robotics for warranty service, proof of purchase may be required. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to any return. Spyder Robotics is not responsible for material returned without the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping container. Shipping: All products ship USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation and optional insurance is available through Endicia postage service at the point of checkout.
